TP was an Associate of AppWorks Ventures, the largest startup accelerator in Asia and also a venture capital. He is responsible for hardware related projects including investments and accelerator programs. Before joining AppWorks, he was an early member of Lextar, an LED manufacture company. He had witnessed the company from establishment to IPO, with roles in product development, RD manager, and PM.
